He has over a dozen years of experience in managing investment processes, with a particular focus on industrial and renewable energy projects. His expertise includes administrative law, environmental protection, construction law, and spatial planning. He is a pioneer in applying compliance principles to investments and industrial safety.
His activities particularly cover support in environmental protection (including environmental impact assessments), waste management, industrial emissions, and integrated permit regulations, as well as water management and wastewater discharge issues, liability for environmental damage and pollution, and noise protection.
He supports clients in matters related to Major Accident Hazard Prevention Programs (ZZR) and Internal Emergency Response Plans (ZDR); preparation and implementation of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management), and B-O-O (Build-Own-Operate) contracts — including in the form of industrial outsourcing — as well as B-O-T (Build-Operate-Transfer) contracts.
He is recognized for his unconventional approach to problem-solving and for his strategic advisory skills.
